Content License

License Grant
When a user purchases content or subscribes to a plan:
- User receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content
- License is for the user's individual use only
- License does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property
- License remains active as long as the user's subscription is active or the purchase is valid
- License is automatically revoked upon account termination
Restrictions
What users may NOT do:
- Download, rip, or extract video content from the platform (audio downloads are permitted where explicitly offered)
- Screen record, screenshare (in recording mode), or otherwise capture video content
- Upload, share, distribute, or make available any content to any other person
- Embed, link to, or frame content on any other website or platform
- Use content for commercial purposes, training, or resale
- Create derivative works for commercial redistribution, resale, or public distribution
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to download or access content
Intellectual Property Ownership
- All content (audio meditations, videos, PDFs, articles, workshop recordings, course materials) is the exclusive intellectual property of Coco Swanson
- All content is protected by United States copyright law and international copyright treaties
- The Coco Swanson name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Coco Swanson
- Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the user
Content Availability
- You reserve the right to add, modify, replace, or remove content at any time
- If content that was the primary reason for a purchase is permanently removed, you will offer a comparable replacement or a pro-rated credit at your discretion
- Temporary unavailability due to technical issues does not constitute removal
